Looking for some pizzazz for your own cooking? I have several items of interest!
My Aleppo Citrus Sea Salt is great to add to roasted meats or vegetables, and is delicious on just about anything, really.... eggs and avocado toast, anyone? Another spice blend I am bringing is my Savory Himalayan Sea Salt Spice Rub, meant for roasted meats or protein alternatives. A lot of great flavor to add a little kick to that next roasted chicken...! More flavors are in the works.... I love having this simple trick up my sleeve to make my cooking at home sing!
Of course I will also have my Tipsy Cherries available!! Hastings Famous, courtesy of the lovely Christina Cashin, with whom I worked with at The Mill. It's all her fault :) They make a great addition to many cocktails, from the great Old Fashioned and Manhattan, to the newer style Sparkling Wine cocktails. They are also great on ice cream.... seriously great. No joke. I will be sharing one of Christina's recipes at my table this week, be sure to stop by!
We are making our home festive for kids and adults alike to enjoy, and still keeping some of the beloved traditions alive... especially baking with my daughter! I hope you are able to keep traditions alive, too! Family hikes, watching the birds at the feeder, lazy mornings in PJs... whatever it is for you, I wish you the happiest. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support of my new business, and of the Farmers Markets as a whole! We will be here for you all winter!
